Starting, completing, and getting paid for a Take

Last updated on Mar 31, 2026

Once your offer is accepted, the Take is assigned to you.

Here’s how to manage the job from start to finish and get paid without issues.

1. Start the Take
When you’re ready to begin, mark the Take as Started in the app.

This lets the Poster know that:

  • You’ve begun work

  • The task is now in progress

Only mark it as started when you actually begin.

2. Complete the Take
When the work is done:

  • Mark the Take as Completed

  • The Poster will be notified to review it

Make sure everything agreed has been delivered before marking it as completed.

3. What happens after completion

After you mark the Take as completed:

  • The Poster can approve the work and release payment

  • Or request a revision if something needs fixing

If the Poster doesn’t respond within a set time, the system will auto-approve and release your payment.

4. Getting paid

  • Payment is secured in escrow when the Take is assigned

  • Once approved or auto-approved, the money is released to your Takers wallet

  • You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account anytime

Withdrawals are processed by our payment partner and usually take 1–3 business days.

5. Important things to remember

  • Mark Started only when you actually begin

  • Mark Completed only when the work is truly finished

  • Communicate early if there are delays or issues

Tip
Clear updates and honest communication help you earn better ratings and get repeat jobs.
