Making offers and communicating with Posters

Last updated on Mar 31, 2026

When you find a Take that matches your skills, you can send an offer to get hired.

A strong offer and clear communication can make the difference between getting selected or being overlooked.

How to send an offer

  1. Open a Take that fits your skills

  2. Tap Make an Offer

  3. Enter your price

  4. Add a short message explaining why you’re a good fit

  5. Submit your offer

What to include in your message

Keep it simple, clear, and professional.

Good example:
“I’m available today and have experience with this type of task. I can bring my own tools and finish within 2 hours.”

Avoid very short or unclear messages like:
“I can do it.”

Before your offer is accepted

  • You can edit your offer anytime

  • You can also withdraw it if needed

After your offer is accepted

Once a Poster accepts your offer:

  • The Take is assigned to you

  • Payment is secured in escrow

  • You can chat directly with the Poster

Use the chat to confirm:

  • Task details

  • Time and location

  • Any tools or materials needed

Communication tips

  • Respond quickly. Fast replies build trust

  • Be polite and clear

  • Ask questions if anything is unclear

  • Keep all communication inside the app

Tip
Posters often choose Takers who communicate clearly and confidently, not just the lowest price.
